Yes, you can pause your membership with two weeks’ written notice before your next billing cycle. We understand that life as an artist can be unpredictable!
Our tiers reflect the coach’s level of experience, education, and demand. All our coaches are professionally trained with degrees, but Head and Master coaches typically have more extensive industry experience, specialized certifications, or a longer track record of student success at the professional level.
If your coach is promoted to a higher tier, your current rate is grandfathered in. We believe in rewarding loyalty, and you will keep your existing pricing as long as you remain an active member.
Absolutely. We offer single à la carte lessons for those who wish to experience our coaching before joining. These lessons do not include the Vocal Academy Membership benefits.
Our monthly membership rate is based on 4 lessons per month. In months that have a fifth lesson day, we reserve those “Flex Weeks” for holidays, studio closures, make-up lessons, and coach training.

With steady practice and a good attitude, our singing lessons for kids can have your child singing with confidence in as little as 6 months. Some students reach the level of advanced singers in as few as 3-5 years, but results do vary from student to student.
Do you offer online private lessons?
Yes, the Vocal Academy offers online, one-on-one singing lessons. Private lessons can be purchased as one-offs or package deals at a discounted price.
